Our Consumer Advantage Program (C.A.P.) gives you the opportunity to "cap" the price-per-gallon you pay for fuel oil throughout the upcoming heating season. C.A.P. program customers have saved an average of $2,000 off the cost of their heating bill over a five-year period.
Brennan Oil offered this innovative program in 1989 and was the first oil company in Rhode Island to do so. We are proud to say that every year since then, we have kept our word and have honored every commitment for our Price Protection Program. The C.A.P. program benefits our customers by keeping your costs down, and it helps us manage the fuel price volatility seen during the winter months.
We have been working hard on our C.A.P. Prepay and C.A.P. Budget programs once again this year to bring our customers great pricing. With 21 years of C.A.P. experience under our belt, Brennan Oil has built a proven track record of savings for residential heating customers. By planning in advance of the winter heating season, our C.A.P. program customers can control their winter heating bills effectively. With world oil prices only increasing in volatility, we feel price protection is an important investment that every homeowner should not do without.
With C.A.P., our customers can choose from a selection of easy payment programs. Options include budget-based automatic delivery, guaranteed emergency service or the C.A.P. Pre-Pay Program. Plus, by pre-paying next year's forecast of fuel oil in full, the savings are even greater! To participate, your account must be paid in full.
Please review the highlights of our two plans below and decide which plan will better meet your family’s needs. To be enrolled in either of these programs, we must receive your signed form by July 20, 2010. This year a $99.00 C.A.P. Enrollment Fee will be automatically billed to your account upon receipt of this form. There will be a $499.00 cancellation fee should you wish to terminate this contract once the program starts. Please call our office for all terms and conditions of this program.
